Account Deletion
Standard signed-in users can request deletion, see the scheduled date, cancel during the 30-day waiting period, and request a data export before deletion begins.
Request Or Export From Account Settings
Sign in, open your profile, choose Account Settings, and use Export Your Data or Delete Account. Both actions require recent authentication. Deletion also requires typing the confirmation word shown in Settings.
An export is portable JSON with a category manifest and disclosed exclusions. It is generated server-side, retained for seven days, and delivered through a 15-minute access-controlled link. It excludes passwords, tokens, internal security controls, other users' private data, and legally restricted information.
Deletion Timeline
- Day 0: normal account access is disabled and public-facing personal content is hidden immediately.
- Days 0-30: the verified user may sign in only to inspect or safely cancel the request. Cancellation restores access and saved public identity fields.
- Day 30 or later: authorized backend processing deletes active-system personal data and Firebase Auth after the waiting period has elapsed.
- No later than Day 120 from the request: any remaining personal data in rotated disaster-recovery backups must be unrecoverable.
Cancellation is unavailable after final processing begins. A retryable failure does not falsely report completion.
What Is Deleted Or Retained
The standard flow deletes the profile and preferences, follows and saved items, reactions, user-created content and drafts, bookings/test ledger records, uploaded media, notification tokens where present, export artifacts, and other supported user-linked personal data. User-connected catalog content is preserved only where RapReprise has a documented independent legal or licensing basis; direct user identity is removed. Merely pseudonymizing a record is not treated as anonymization.
Only minimized security/deletion evidence is retained separately for 12 months. It is unavailable for ordinary product use and contains no active-account reverse map.
Backups And Disaster Recovery
Deleted personal data may remain in encrypted, access-restricted disaster-recovery backups for no more than 90 days after final deletion. Backups cannot be used for ordinary product operations or individual account recovery.
If a backup is restored for disaster recovery, completed deletion records must be replayed and reconciled before normal service resumes. Backup-provider encryption, access controls, physical expiry, and restore operations require independent operational evidence before launch.
Access Problems And Manual Review
If you cannot sign in, use support@rapreprise.com. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment credentials, or identity documents. Include only the account email, username if known, and the requested action.
Unknown ownership/schema, privileged accounts, legally required transaction records, external provider records, or irreconcilable partial state stop for manual review. The support mailbox, primary/backup operators, escalation path, and procedure remain launch dependencies.
