RapReprise

Communication Preferences

RapReprise stores optional communication choices in the signed-in preference center. Optional categories default off.

Engineering policy is approved for the controlled web beta, but final legal review and public-launch operational approval remain pending. No external marketing or newsletter provider is connected.

Manage Preferences

In a build that includes W2, sign in to RapReprise, open your profile, choose Account Settings, and update Optional Communications. Preferences persist in the user-owned account record.

A signed-in user can create a secure unsubscribe link. The link works without an active signed-in session, is scoped, expires after 30 days, is stored only as a one-way hash, and can be used once or revoked.

Unsubscribe

Use the button only if you opened this page from a RapReprise unsubscribe link. Security, account, legal, transactional, and deletion notices are not optional and are not changed.

Preference Categories

Optional, default off

Product updates, marketing and newsletters, community announcements, and artist or studio notifications are stored as separate boolean choices. Every choice defaults to off.

Mandatory where applicable

Security, authentication/account, legal, supported transactional, and deletion notices are operational. The preference center does not imply that these can be disabled.

Provider boundary

RapReprise stores the internal preference contract only. No external marketing provider is updated, no email is sent, and no newsletter integration is claimed.

Future integration

A future provider-integration sprint must map the internal fields to an approved external provider without changing the default-off consent posture.

What Is Not Claimed

  • Production use is limited to the controlled web beta.
  • No external-provider synchronization or live email delivery is claimed.
  • No email, push, billing, or subscription provider is changed by this page.
