RapReprise

Support

Use this draft page to understand the current support posture for RapReprise. A final support channel still requires owner approval before store-console use.

Draft pending owner/legal review. This page does not provide live chat, ticketing, SLA commitments, or form collection.

General Support

RapReprise support can help with account-access questions, discovery app issues, profile readiness questions, communication preference requests, and account deletion request routing.

Intended public support path: support@rapreprise.com.

Launch readiness still depends on confirming this mailbox exists, receives mail, and is monitored.

When the final support path is approved, users should include a short description of the issue and the email address associated with their RapReprise account, if applicable. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment credentials, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information.

Reviewer Support Note

Store reviewers should evaluate the submitted build against the current disabled-provider and no-payments posture. Reviewer credentials, if later required, must be provided only through App Store Connect or Play Console after authorization.

No real reviewer/test credentials are created or listed on this page.

Account, Export, And Deletion Help

Once W2 is deployed, a recently reauthenticated signed-in user can request a portable data export or deletion from Account Settings. Deletion disables access and hides public personal content immediately, allows cancellation for 30 days, and finalizes on or after Day 30.

Users who cannot sign in can use the intended support mailbox above. Unknown ownership/schema, privileged or external-provider records, and legally required transaction retention require manual review. Mailbox verification and the primary/backup operator and escalation procedure remain production launch blockers.

Current Limitations

  • Apple login and Microsoft login are planned/scaffolded but not live unless a later release explicitly enables them.
  • Payments, subscriptions, native billing, booking payments, and paid cancellation are not live.
  • W2 stores optional communication preferences and supports scoped 30-day tokenized unsubscribe; no external sender/provider synchronization is active.
  • Production booking writes and W2 deployment remain disabled. Backup-provider expiry and disaster-restore replay are operationally unverified.
